Registration is currently open for the 24-25 school year & for the 25-26 school year

Prior to beginning the process please gather the following information/documents:

• Proof of Residency - Mortgage, Lease Agreement, Utility Bill (utility must be attached to the property) or Driver's License

• Child's Birth Certificate

• Custody Agreement - if applicable

• Contact info for at least 1 emergency contact

• Immunizations - these may also be faxed from the doctors office to EEMS - (207) 667-6246 or EHS - (207) 667-0640

OR

if you already have an existing parent portal account, you can access the registration form by logging in and scrolling down to 'Online Registration' and then choosing the current year option. It will pull in your current information for review.

Throughout the registration process you will be asked to upload the above mentioned documents, if you have any problem doing so you can still complete the registration and email them to the registrar at registration@ellsworthschools.org

Once we receive your completed registration we will schedule a start date / course registration at the corresponding school.

Pre - K Information

By completing this Ellsworth Elementary Middle School Pre-Kindergarten interest submission form, you are requesting your child have access to Ellsworth Elementary Middle School's pre-kindergarten program for the 2025-2026 school year. In completing the form, please consider the following information bulleted below.

• Only a parent/guardian of the child listed can complete this form

• In completing this form, the child listed is 4 years of age by October 15th, 2025

• Children whose town of residence is Ellsworth will have priority in filling our pre-kindergarten program

• Acceptance into the pre-kindergarten program will be based on prioritization of Ellsworth residents and completion of this pre-kindergarten interest submission form

• On 4/4/2025 parent/guardians who completed the form will receive an email informing them whether their child has received a spot in the 2025-2026 pre-k program or whether their child is being placed on our 2025-2026 pre-k waitlist.

Kindergarten Information

Students must be 5 years old on or before October 15th, 2005

Screenings will be held April 16th, 17th and 18th this year. Students and guardian should be in attendance. This time is used to assess our incoming students and for parents/guardians to learn more about the program and what to expect as well as a time to ask questions that you may have.
